Sculptural Sterling Silver Jewellery and Tiaras
Alexandra's sculptural ranges of jewellery comprise of her Chess Piece Rings, Window Rings and her Spires Tiaras, which focus on the play of positive and negative shapes.
Alexandra carefully pierces these pieces from silver sheet and uses a roilling mill to create tall thin 'shadows' of the original pierced motif. In the case of the tiaras, the same motif is repeated several times and each one is rolled more thinly than the next to create a feathery look.
